International Society for Plasma Medicine: 10th International Conference on Plasma Medicine (ICPM10) & 9th International Workshop on Plasma for Cancer Treatment (IWPCT)

Die International Conference on Plasma Medicine (ICPM) ist die seit 2007 alle zwei Jahre stattfindende Konferenz der International Society for Plasma Medicine (ISPM). Sie ist die wichtigste internationale Veranstaltung der Plasmamedizin und deckt das gesamte Spektrum von Grundlagenforschung bis zur praktischen medizinischen Anwendung ab. In diesem Jahr wird in die ICPM10 der seit 2014 jährlich stattfindende International Workshop on Plasma for Cancer Treatment eingebunden, der sich speziellen Aspekten der Plasmaanwendung in der Krebstherapie widmet.

PlasTHER Cost Action: 3rd Training School "Cold plasma and combined anticancer therapies"

The focus of the training school is to present both basic level and state-of-the-art in:
– Cancer (type, biology, in vitro and in vivo models).
– Cancer standard treatments.
– Cold plasma for cancer treatments (state-of-the-art, clinical trials, protocols, technological transfer, acceptance).
– Combined treatments: plasma + pulsed electric field / photodynamic therapy / chemotherapy.

The training school is specially oriented to young researchers, PhD students and all other colleagues interested in approaching the broad “plasma-cancer” topic.

Symposium "Plasmamedizin: Technologie und Anwendungen" des Leibniz-Forschungsverbundes Gesundheitstechnologien

Forschende und Industrieunternehmen aus dem Bereich der Anwendung von Kaltplasma diskutieren Möglichkeiten und Hindernisse bei der Anwendung der Technologie.
Für alle Interessierten am Thema Kaltplasma-Anwendungen bietet diese Veranstaltung ein Update zu Technologieentwicklungen mit Anwendungsbeispielen unter anderem aus den Bereichen Wundheilung, Zahnmedizin und Krebstherapie.

Am 27. und 28. September 2023 fand in Göttingen der 8. Plasmamedizin-Workshop unter dem Titel „Von der Forschung zur anwendungsreifen Therapie“ statt. Der Workshop wird vom Anwenderkreis Atmosphärendruckplasma – ak-adp in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Nationalen Zentrum für Plasmamedizin e.V. organisiert.
